Absolute Collection Services, LLC (ACS) utilizes the non-judicial foreclosure process to collect delinquent HOA assessments.  Our Collection Manager is also a Supervising Community Manager and has been in the business for 10 years.  We are familiar with the needs of the Board, Homeowners and Management Companies.  We strive to work with the Boards and Homeowners to resolve disputes and get accounts paid.  We work with the community to educate on the rights and responsibilities of Homeowners and Board Members.  We believe that communication is a vital part of our collection effort and follow a strict protocol in order to achieve the goal:  payment.

We have also created a one-of-a-kind program to assist HOAs that have foreclosed on properties and hold title.  This Post Foreclosure Program fills the deficit in customer service relating to HOA owned homes.  We are constantly improving and changing this program to meet the current needs of today's economic environment.

We offer continuing education classes to Community Managers and encourage Board members and homeowners to attend as well.
