ACS maintains a policy of collecting funds swiftly and surely for Las Vegas Communities by utilizing non-judicial foreclosure. We display a high level of integrity and fairness to all clients and their homeowners. With a clear philosophy of strong communication with all involved parties and a strategically laid out plan of collection, we are able to minimize overwhelming debt and get clients paid quickly. Consistent protocols and knowledge of our field allows us to avoid confrontation and focus on the main issue – collecting debt. Our goal is to provide sound collection measures for our clients in order to help them focus on running the Association without having to increase assessments and pay high legal fees. We are currently offering free education collection classes (check with us for available dates and times) and we do have post-foreclosure services available for Homeowner Associations.
